The City of Englewood CO envisioned a Cultural Arts Center providing maximum metro-wide exposure. Arley’s team won the commission, but funding fell through and the project was never built. The models and graphics shown here were part of Arley’s submission.

A 3300 square-foot house built for Dr. Fredrick and Alice Abrams in Englewood CO. The structure is made up of a bedroom block, a living block, and a garage / utility block, whose placement creates spaces for an entry court and private garden court. Everyone remarks about the design, the Abrams' say, and how changing daylight transforms the spaces.

Monigle is a leading branding agency with clients including Bank of America, GE, CenturyLink, Avis, the Denver Broncos, Deloitte, and the US Air Force Academy. Glenn Monigle hired Arley to remodel the existing Monigle Building in Denver and, some five years later, to design a new addition for the building. Photos here show both projects.

A heavy snow damaged the roof of Jerry's Nut House, a Denver nut and candy company. Arley's new showroom, built within the reconstructed warehouse, features an oval configuration that gives a clear view for customer and owner alike and increases profit by reducing theft.
